Virtual therapy, also known as teletherapy or online counseling, involves meeting with a licensed therapist through a secure video platform. It offers the same level of care as in-person sessions, with added convenience and flexibility.

I work with adult (18+) clients on a one-on-one basis, helping them to navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship and family challenges, cross-cultural issues, life transitions, stress, and more.

I currently only work with clients located in Ontario, Canada, including Toronto; Ottawa, Mississauga, Milton, Hamilton, and London.

The free 20-minute consultation call is a chance for us to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit. You can ask any questions you have about the therapy process, my approach, or what to expect in sessions. There’s no pressure to commit - it’s simply a space to explore whether working together feels right for you.

50-minute Individual Video Session: $140
80-minute Individual Video Session: $225
Extended sessions can be helpful when exploring complex topics. -
The first session is an opportunity to discuss your goals, history, and what brings you to therapy. We’ll also review consent forms and discuss how we can best work together.

I don’t offer direct billing, but I provide a receipt after each session that you can submit to your insurance provider. Many insurance plans cover services by Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying), especially when under supervision as required by the CRPO.
Please check with your provider by asking:
"Does my plan cover a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) working under supervision?"If needed, I can provide my registration number and supervisor’s details to assist with your inquiry.

All virtual sessions are conducted through Jane, a secure PIPEDA-compliant platform designed specifically for healthcare. Once you book a session, you’ll receive an email with a secure video link - no downloads required. You can access your appointments, invoices, and intake forms directly through your Jane client portal.

I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows me to offer the time to someone else who may be waiting. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.

I do not provide crisis services. If you’re in immediate danger or need urgent support, please contact 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
